Botox for a 15 year old patient in the forehead area?

Dr. Dean Kane Q & A shutterstock_87265087 Q. Botox for a 15 year old patient in the forehead area?  It is a really deep wrinkle, I’m not quite sure if it is caused by an enlarged brow bone, or my skin type but it is very noticeable. In my side profile you can see it sink in where it is. I am wondering what were my options because it bothers me, if I look up I can see my forehead basically and it gives me the appearance of an older person. Thank you. A. Thanks for sharing your photos. Without a proper examination it is most difficult to determine what this ridge across your forehead is. I can understand how distressing this maybe but it appears nearly symmetrical and probably a normal variation of the frontal bone of the forehead. It it is bone, Botox will not help. There are a variety of options depending on what is found. There maybe sinus hollows under the bone, or a muscle bone combination. It is best to consult with a well experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon or Head and Neck ENT Specialist to determine what is best for you. All the best.
