The process was clearly explained, and the procedure went very well. The pre-op appointment was terrific. The nurse and I were together reviewing detailed information about what I should do in the weeks leading up to the procedure so that my body was ready for the procedure and a fast recovery and what to expect after the surgery. There was an outline, providing information about what I should expect days, weeks, and months after the procedure. I found it to be invaluable during my recovery.

The office kept in touch every step of the recovery period and made sure that everything turned out as it should. The doctor and staff made themselves available to listen to my aftercare questions. The office scheduled multiple follow up appointments to monitor my recovery and address any issues I had.
I trust Dr. Kane and his staff explicitly, and that is essential to me. They are all honest and caring, and I was encouraged to call with questions after surgery. I was given his cell number if I had a problem after business hours.

Once I recovered, I received a gift of a full facial from the Medspa. All of these kindnesses during this process meant a lot and showed how much they cared about my experience. When I arrive at the office, I am treated like a friend
