Q. How long does it take to see results? A. ​Presuming this is a single CoolSculpting (CS) procedure, you may see fat reduction results in as little as 4 weeks with the optimal improvement in 3 to 6 months. ​Continued massage will help the results. Please recognize the limitations of the procedure! Each session produces up-to 20% reduction in the thickness of the fat contained within the applicator and not the surrounding areas.  These limited results are pleasing to many patients who now feel comfortable in their clothing. You may also wish for continued sessions of CS for a small liposuction-like result. Those who wish for a transforming appearance, continue with many sessions or recognize that surgical liposuction will provide up-to 90% fat reduction and smoother contours over a larger area. ThermiTIGHT is now a new option to both reduce limited amounts of fat and shrink / tighten skin.
