I have an issue with underneath my eyes. I believe I have eye hollows. Would Restylane be the solution to my problem?

Dr. Dean Kane Q & A Q. I have an issue with underneath my eyes. I believe I have eye hollows.Would Restylane be the solution to my problem? If so, how much does it cost? The hollows are also pretty dark. I’m wondering if Restylane fillers could help in fixing this, I’m also wondering about how much prices vary for the procedure. A. The hollow under your eye runs along a separation of tissues between the eyelid and the cheek called the nasojugal fold or tear trough. Restylane, a volumizing hyaluronic acid filler (HA) carefully and artfully injected in the dermal skin or just underneath the skin is an option for you. Other HA fillers with greater projection and filler properties may be a better fit such as Lyft or Voluma placed deep to the eye muscle and over the cheek bone to fill the trough and elevate the fold. These are advanced techniques and require a well experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, ENT Facial  or Oculoplastics surgeon. Please consider a consultation with such a specialist. I hope this was helpful. I wish you the best!
