How much is the usual rate for a “MACS” lift?

Dr. Dean Kane Q & A thinking Q. How much is the usual rate for a “MACS” lift? A. A “MACS” lift is one modification of a short scar lift. Other names include: Quick-Lift, Lifestyle-Lift, Swift-Lift and more. This procedure will vary between $5000 to $10,000 or more depending on the city or region it is performed. For Manhattan, expect the higher end. A MACS or any short scar lift limits the incision length and the suspension or lift of the soft-tissue SMAS layer. You may need longer incisions due to greater skin excess or differing SMAS techniques to suspend the soft tissues of the jowl, cheek and neck. Please be sure that this is the correct procedure for you! Consult with a well versed, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon or ENT Facial Surgeon to evaluate you and your tissues to recommend any of a spectrum of face and neck enhancements. Remember that it takes a highly qualified surgeon to match the patient to the procedure and NOT a procedure to any patient. I wish you the best!
